分为服务器和客户端两部分，服务器与客户端建立连接后，自动给客户端发送文件,文件传输采用TCP/IP协议，使用CSoket套接字编程。

运用socket编写服务器端与客户端，实现两者通信。程序是用c++编写，代码无冗余，简单易懂，适于初学者参考借鉴。 运行时，先将server端运行，再运行client端，然后server端与client端即可相互信息通信。通信信息使用DES加密，保证了信息的安全性。
