关于NSEA算法的一个小程序-NSEA algorithm on a small program

本次实现采用流水线结构，分析子密钥与原始密钥的直接关系，利用组合逻辑同时产生16个子密钥，总体上既兼顾了效率，又不占用太多资源，经仿真测试，完全通过。
