PPT-Wiener filtering theory in image processing applications. Including the Wiener filter, Wiener restoration, Wiener edge extraction, Wiener enhanced. I have a small issue of the final version. With PPT

Elevation texture terrain, mountains, water, you can rotate the screen with the mouse

读写显示dxf文件格式的程序(需要添加LWPOLYLINE的处理，或和站长联系)-literacy show dxf file format (LWPOLYLINE need to be added to the processing, or the head of links)

-a code function fullscreen

-Set 4 8 16 32 sightings of fast DCT algorithm.

代码是基于MFC建立的细胞识别统计系统，通过菜单“处理”“显示”能将细胞从图象中分割出来 并能统计细胞个数-Code is based on MFC to establish the statistical system of cell recognition, through the menu deal with the Show to cells separate from the images and statistics on the number of cells

对于初学openCv的人来说是个很好的入门例程-Use OpenCV for contour extraction, very good use! OpenCv for the beginner who is a good entry-routine
