       短期负荷预测：本程序中涉及的负荷数据是南方某缺电城市一个月内的负荷，一天的负荷点书为15点，其中有3个天气数据，数据是已经处理好的，数值范围时0到1。采用的算法是BP伸进网络算法，语言是MATLAB。文档中除了代码还有预测结果的图像，以及某训练次数下的训练结果，由于训练次数不够，结果误差较大，自己编程的时候要等训练目标达到后，再进一步操作。
