基于FPGA的Turbo译码算法的实现

60进制计数器,（由一六进制和十进制连线组成）(60 binary counter (hexadecimal and decimal by a connection form))

这个程序是verilog代码，可以综合，同时带有testbench测试程序，可以用modelsim仿真实现。基于2的8点fft运算，分模块设计，比较简单，同时利于初学者学习。

用来实现IRIG_B码的解码程序，在XILINX ISE上运行过没有问题，(Used to achieve IRIG_B code decoding process, in XILINX ISE run-off is no problem,)
