本程序的主要实现一个0－9的液晶点阵字符在屏幕上滚动输出，以达到保护屏幕的作用。程序主要包括（1）数字0－9的点阵；（2）用画像素点函数putpiel() 在屏幕上画出数字0－9；（3）让10个数字在屏幕上滚动,以达到屏保的作用。
