利用matlab变成实现一个陷波滤波器（notch）(Using matlab to implement a notch filter into (notch))

主要是基于mtlab的程序，AHP层次分析法计算判断矩阵的最大特征值,多机电力系统仿真及其潮流计算，混沌的判断指标Lyapunov指数计算,从先验概率中采样，计算权重，针对EMD方法的不足。
