FTP上传下载源代码，用于上传和下，使用API函数写的，(FTP UP DOWN API)

关键的服务器处理函数IdTCPServer1Execute(AThread: TIdPeerThread)是非线程安全的。

高精度频率计，我调试过，非常好用，直接用KEIE C开发,欢迎大家指正-precision frequency meter, I tuned, very convenient, direct KEIE C development, we welcome correction

关于FTP的原代码-The original code on the FTP

-Complete FTP client source code, VB runtime environment, simple and practical, recommend learning.

-Clearly a very simple ftp client program, is learning a good network programming reference.

(AC_FTP is a file transfer protocol client that uses asynchronous socket operation mode and utilizes many programming techniques described in detail throughout the book. It connects to an FTP server, sends commands and receives replies according to rfc959.txt">RFC 959 to get and put files, change directories, get file lists, delete files.)

-a complete ftp client code, although the function of the professional powerful client software, but is relatively good ftp client software.

-a small ftp server program implemented by VC.Able to use.
