C# 文件分块器，把文件分割成若干个文件块，在存储一些大文件时，这个功能可以用上。本程序运行的界面截图如下图所示，用户可以自己设定需要分块的文件长度、分块长度、分块数等，然后进行拆分，还可以按这个规则进行组装，是拆分的逆过程，这个挺有意思埃学习C#文件操作，必看的一个小例子。
