-directly on the desktop of any state under the procedures launched this desktop background to draw the C source.

-Median Filtering is the common method of Image-enhancing.In the application ,the parameter "Hori" is a BOOL variable, which is TRUE for the operation of Horizon Median Filter or FALSE for the Vertical Median Filter.

IDCT； -VC bitmap-based image processing procedures, can realize the following functions: 1. Image parameters statistics: maximum, minimum, average, histogram 2. Contrast enhancement: histogram equalization 3. Image Smoothing: median filter 4. Image sharpening: Sobel operator 5. Image Rotation: Rotate the image at any angle and shows 6. Image Transformation: The image sub-block (8* 8), for the DCT transform, and IDCT

-GDI is located in different applications and hardware between the middle layer, this structure allows programmers from different hardware directly in the work of liberation, the differences between hardware to handle the GDI. GDI GDI is the next version, it had a very good improvement, and better ease of use.
