-with VC image of a fast discrete cosine transform procedures, We also discuss the discrete cosine transform ordinary procedures, respect contrast, is the transformation of images, and the corresponding discrete cosine transform.

-Given an MRI scan, first segment the brain mass from the rest of the head, then determine the brain volume. Also compare portions of gray and white matter present.

windows下用opencv实现的图像变换和视频跟踪，这是自己编写的代码-AppWizard has created this cvmedianfilter application for you. This application not only demonstrates the basics of using the Microsoft Foundation classes but is also a starting point for writing your application. This file contains a summary of what you will find in each of the files that make up your cvmedianfilter application.
