-The angular rate sensor is the principle of rotation of the Earth when the tuning fork vibration generated deflection force (Coriolis force) is converted to electrical signals successfully developed. The sensor consists of: sensor, tuning fork drive circuit and signal processing circuits. And electrodes from the quartz tuning fork tuning fork composed. Above constitute the angular rate sensor.
