Our new approach cures all three issues, and can easily be `wrapped around an existing code (e.g. fast-multipole acceleration) for the isolated-obstacle scattering problem. 图像分割是图像处理的重要研究内容,是进行图像分析的第一步。图像分割的目的就是从图像中提取人们所关心的目标。目前很多国内外学者已经针对这一问题提出了多种图像分割方法,然而这些方法并不能够普遍适用于所有不同种类的图像,所以一般的分割方法只对特定的图像有效。支持向量机(SVM)是基于统计学习理论的一种分类方法,现已被广泛应用在多个领域,如模式识别、数据分类、图像分割等。支持向量机是一种泛化能力很强的分类算法,所以,将SVM算法运用到图像分割中已成为一种普遍趋势,且可获得良好的分割效果。基于SVM的图像分割方法的本质思想是分类,它利用图像中像素点的灰度信息或其他特征作为训练样本的特征属性来训练SVM分类器,接着用训练好的分类器对图像进行分割。但是,由于SVM算法是一种有监督的分类算法,在应用于图像分割时需要人们为SVM模型选取适合且适量的训练样本,但是人们在选取训练样本时存在一定的主观性和随机性,而且费时费力,并不能获得令人满意的分割结果。因此,如何自动选取分布良好且适量的训练样本且使训练样本能广泛地代表该类样本点将成为基于支持向量机的图像分割的研究重点。 本文针对基于SVM的图像分割方法中选取训练样本的问题,提出了两种可以自动获取训练样本并自动进行类别标记的SVM彩色图像分割方法。本文的主要工作包括： (1)对基于支持向量机的图像分割方法进行了深入的研究,指出现有SVM图像分割方法中存在的不足
