这是一个自己封装的读写配置文件的c文件，支持格式化读写配置文件，写入配置文件支持手动配置和代码接口配置。读取配置文件支持以字符串、整形、浮点型等格式读取配置文件对应key值。并且添加了段，从而提高读取配置文件效率

包含了二维码解码编码，以及容错、长度设置等功能，可以保存图片或者保存解码信息内容为txt文本文件
