Convolutional code Viterbi decoder, constraint length of 9, respectively, using hard-decision and realize soft-decision

用UDP实现数据接收的程序，UDP实现面向非连接，在通讯中接收实时数据.-with UDP data receiving program, UDP-oriented non-connected, the communication to receive real-time data.

实现在线网络的ip通信，调用phone.dll实现语音的传输-Online for the network ip communications, the transmission of voice calls phone.dll

这是用C语言写的循环冗余校验源代码，参考一下吧-This is written in C language of Cyclic Redundancy Check the source code and reference it

D5-BOrgTec GPSRS232 ActiveX Control provides the following features: Analysis of NMEA string, that is included in the sequence in the NMEA data will be extracted. Data provided by the ActiveX events. NMEA sequence from the PC serial port to connect with the GPS receiver gain. Serial port parameters can be configured to a variety of GPS receivers and communication. ActiveX Control to configure the font color display data and units of measurement. These features allow you to add in the application of GPS functionality simple. The application of the language: D5
