利用模拟退火算法实现光学模式转换，可以使转换的速率大幅度提高。模拟退火算法是一种全局优化算法，可以使得到的解跳出局部最优解从而得到全局最优解。利用相位掩模版得到的模式转换效率比较低，将此算法用到模式转换中来，可以使转换效率大幅度提高。

用于处理硬件前端采集的心电数据，具有非常好的滤波效果。在程序中含有ECG心电信号预处理以及频谱分析，高通滤波器，滤除呼吸基线漂移，带阻滤波器，滤除工频干扰，并两组滤波器的处理速度进行比较。代码附加验证数据，滤波效果非常好。

该程序对电力线多径信道进行了仿真，其中参数可改，实现的功能是绘制出不同路径下的幅度、相位、冲激响应图，这对于学习电力线载波通信有着很大的帮助。同时还可以将其与OFDM系统结合在一起，实现更强大的功能。
