说明：  对图像进行纹理特征提取，有LBP，旋转不变lbp，统一lbp，小波特征提取等比较齐全的特征提取算法(Texture feature extraction of images, such as LBP, rotation invariant lbp, unified lbp, wavelet feature extraction and other relatively complete feature extraction algorithms)

此局部均值分解程序完全按照LMD分解步骤编程，未进行任何改进，对端点效应、模式混淆等问题没有进行处理，能够对仿真信号实现分离，但对实际信号分解效果还待改善。希望精通LMD的程序设计人员提出改进意见。

说明：  添加了模糊控制器的人工势场算法，可以直接运行(The artificial potential field algorithm of fuzzy controller is added, which can run directly)

用模拟退火算法解决多个城市之间遍历的最短路线问题，即TSP问题，能够得出最优路径和最短路径长度。从Annearing算法，我们得到的最短路径是1-2-7-6-8-10-14和最小distanceis12在图2中。
