一个简单的多线程测试工具

该频率计用的是AT89c52单片机，T0做计数器，T1做定时。低于100Hz使用测周法测量频率，高于100Hz使用测频法测量，原理清晰易懂，硬件结构非常简单。

代码是正点原子STM32F103ZET6的基础上改的，应用串口打印的方式做调试，单片机采用的STM32F103C8T6，移植的话主要修改flash大小和读写地址即可（根据自己的芯片flash大小）,stm32f103c8t6是64K的flash程序存储地址都是0x08000000,我把写入数据地址设置在FLASH_SAVE_ADDR 0X0800F400即61K的地方。

avr单片机通过RS485在线程序升级，编译环境IAR,上位机程序使用VC6.0编写。(AVR microcontroller through the RS485 online upgrade program, the compiler environment IAR, the host computer program written in VC6.0.)
