1950年，Gibson首先提出了光流的概念，所谓光流就是指图像表现运动的速度。物体在运动的时候之所以能被人眼发现，就是因为当物体运动时，会在人的视网膜上形成一系列的连续变化的图像，这些变化信息在不同时间，不断的流过眼睛视网膜，就好像一种光流过一样，故称之为光流。

本代码采用c++对交通标志进行识别，首先进行图像的预处理，获取目标的答题位置，然后通过大量的样本应用神经网络进行训练，最后将所识别出来的目标进行分类，进而存储于不同的位置。

说明：  大概在最近两天之内编码完成，但此前一天开始构思。第一天晚上主要完成了方块旋转算法，第二天也就是今天加了消方块的处理算法。但是可能还有一些考虑不周的地方，比如，没有采用定时中断，而是图方便采用了和cpu频率有关的delay（）函数来模拟时间间隔，这是需要改进的地方。(Probably within the last two days to complete coding, but the idea of the day before the beginning.
