    晶振12M,定时器溢出中断每一秒触发一次,中断函数控制秒数加一,当秒数等于99时归零。秒数由两位数码管动态显示。定时器的溢出中断的暂停和继续由两个外部中断控制。外部中断按下后由其相应的中断程序使能或失能定时器溢出中断。定时器部分参考叶大鹏老师代码,外部中断代码自行编写。亲测有效。
