美国著名Rice大学的小波变换工具箱，非常实用，实现了几乎所有常用的小波变换功能。(prominent American Rice University wavelet transform Toolbox, very practical, to achieve almost all commonly used wavelet transform function.)

主要是用于心电信号的去噪，对于噪声下的微弱电信号的一种提取(For ECG denoising, extract a weak signal in the noise)

说明：  利用Harr将图像进行3层小波变换，并进行重建。里面包含测试图片及变换后系数重新排列后的结构图。(Harr is used to transform the image into three-layer wavelet transform and reconstruct it. It contains the test picture and the structure chart of the coefficient rearrangement after transformation.)

对含噪声信号进行小波变换；对变换得到的小波系数进行某种处理，以去除其中包含的噪声；对处理后的小波系数进行小波逆变换，得到去噪后的信号(Containing noise signal wavelet transform the wavelet transform coefficients to a treatment to remove the noise contained therein the treated wavelet inverse wavelet transform coefficients to obtain a denoised signal)
