代码说明：

说明：三个文件 1、手动产生指定SNR的噪声，然后加到指定的纯信号上，合成指定SNR的信号模型 2、验证MATLAB自带的信噪比函数添加的噪声是否满足指定的信噪比 3、手动产生高斯白噪声(The noise of the specified SNR is generated manually, and then added to the specified pure signal to synthesize the signal model of the specified SNR)
