我这段代码是一个名为Youtoo的sipphone工程改编而来。（www.pudn.com 上有） 原工程是在vc 6.0下开发，而我是在vs 2005 把代码重新改写了一边，同时稍微改了一下界面。 我用来测试客户端（ua）的服务器是 Brekeke SIP Server(安装完后可以注册)。 在程序运行前应该在vs2005重新设置lib和头文件的位置。 库放在lib目录下 头文件放在include目录下。(I have this code is a Youtoo adapted from the sipphone works. 这个是基于VC++的，飞鸽传书源码。支持SOCKET通讯，能在局域网内进行文件传输，文字通讯。(This is based on the VC++ of IP Messenger source. Support SOCKET communications, can transfer files in the LAN, text messaging.)

搭建一个有4个部门的公司网络，包含研发部门、测试部门、管理部门和销售部门，利用局域网模型在一个对象中模拟一个服务器和多个客户端的行为(Set up a department of four corporate network, including R & D department, testing department, management department and sales department, the use of local area network model of an object in the simulation at a server and multiple clients of conduct)

获取局域网中计算机名和IP地址，运行程序后点击确定，等待界面消失，会生成一个Name_Iph.ini文件，记录了所有信息！(Access to the LAN computer name and IP address)
