说明：  截获接收机采用时频分析进行跳频通信的参数估计程序(Intercepting the parameter estimation procedure of the receiver for time-frequency analysis for frequency hopping communication)

matlab中使用FFT算法求两个信号的时频二维（互模糊）函数，可以实现信号的时延、多普勒频移联合估计（需要根据实际场景适当修改参数）(oint estimation matlab frequency two-dimensional FFT algorithm seeking the two signals (cross ambiguity) function, signal delay, Doppler shift)

说明：  利用伪随机序列作为发送信号，经过信道，产生了频偏和相位偏移，利用数字锁相环的原理实现对信号的频率估计和相位估计，实现信号的载波同步。(The frequency offset and phase offset are generated by using pseudo-random sequence as the transmitting signal through the channel. The frequency estimation and phase estimation of the signal are realized by using the principle of digital phase-locked loop, and the carrier synchronization of the signal is realized.)
