本设计主要目的是实现染色体的识别计数。首先对图形进行预处理，将图像转化为灰度图、滤波去噪，然后对图像进行二值化，合理选取阈值，进行直方图阈值处理，最后去除图像中面积过小的杂点，最终实现识别计数。(The main purpose of this design is to achieve the identification of chromosome count. The graphical pre-processing, the image is converted to grayscale, filtering denoising, image binarization, reasonable selection of the threshold, histogram thresholding, and finally remove the image area is too small noise , and ultimately identify the count.)

像素与图像基本指标—彩色图像的基本信息、像素颜色值、图像的大小、矩阵形式等、对灰度图像计算有关统计参数：（1）图像的大小；（2）图像的灰度平均值；（3）图像的自协方差；（4）图像的灰度标准差、对图像进行45度，19度，98度等任意角度的旋转，并计算原图与旋转后图像的相关系数和协方差矩阵(Pixel and Basic Index of Image)

有关于数字图像处理基础内容，图像锐化，图像平滑，图象旋转，dct变换，idct变换

采用gabor算法，灰度共生矩阵、灰度梯度共生矩阵提取图像纹理信息(Using Gabor algorithm, gray level co-occurrence matrix and gray level gradient co-occurrence matrix to extract image texture information)

1.DCT变换，对整个图像的直接DCT变换和分块为8*8做DCT变换，并设定阈值。 2.汉明编码（7，4），译码以及找出错误图样和纠错。并在不同的转移概率的BSC道下进行传输。(DCT:Direct DCT and IDCT,blocking. hamming coding:decoding and picking up errors.)
