在静态背景下的运动目标检测程序，在windows 7 系统下运行的MATLAB版程序代码(moving object detection)

自己编写的一个MATLAB 的水平、垂直灰度投影，程序简单易懂，希望对大家有用。(I have written a MATLAB horizontal, vertical gray projection, the program easy to understand, want to be useful.)

demo中基本上整理了目前常用的所有边缘检测算子，并添加了自定义的frei-chen、kirsch、direcedge、PrewittCompass、RobinsonCompass边缘检测算子function函数。此外，还有Ruzon罗盘算子的matlab实现程序，能对灰度图像的边缘加以检测。(demo, basically compiled all the commonly used edge detection operator, and add a custom frei-chen, kirsch, direcedge, PrewittCompass, RobinsonCompass edge detection operator function function. 说明：  基于retinex算法对图像进行去雾算法(Image defogging algorithm based on retex algorithm)

上传程序为利用vc编写的近景摄影测量程序，包括影像匹配，基本矩阵生成，核显影像生成等等。(Upload the program for the use of close-range photogrammetry vc written procedures, including image matching, basic matrix generation, nuclear generation, and so was the image.)

说明：   针对雾天下拍摄图像的退化现象，远景部分是一块灰度分布比较集中且接近天空亮度的区域，而近景部分可以分辨，其灰度分布比较分散。提出了一种基于遗传算法阈值分割的雾天图像增强方法；该方法首先用遗传算法求出近远景的分割阈值将图像分割[1]出来，然后对两个部分分别进行清晰化处理。(make the picture clear)

利用粒子群算法做的关于基于指数熵对数熵TSALLIS熵的多阈值的图像分割，内附无优化算法，可以做时间比较(Using particle swarm optimization to do on the entropy-based index of the number of entropy TSALLIS entropy of multi-threshold image segmentation, containing no optimization, can do more time)

说明：  sift 图像特征提取算法源码，对研究sift算法很有帮助。(The source code of sift image feature extraction algorithm is very helpful to the research of sift algorithm.)
