说明：  ER: is the code for the Error Ratio metric performance for multi-objective optimization problems: ERtest is the code for no threshold value, whuile ERtest2 code with a thresho d value defined by the user

there is some code in matlab that will provide help in the field if digital image processing.it includes the code of extracting region of interst, median filter, nearest neighbour point sampling technique, negative of an image etc. and it is done by myself because i am doing becholar of computer science.it does not include any copyrighted content.i hope it will help thoes people that required help in the field of digital image processing.

高斯厄尔米特积分代码，实现高斯积分功能，环境为matlab(Gauss int)

关于导航定位中的卡尔曼滤波程序。X1，X2分别代表经过转换以后的位置X,Y轴的坐标。V1，V2为其相对应的速度。卡尔曼滤波可以使定位数据更加平滑。(Calman filtering program in navigation and positioning.
