自己的第一个程序，供初学者看看，一个关于产生随机验证码的程序(Own the first procedure for beginners to see, a random code generated on the procedures)

本程序为一个LAMP的投票系统，用户能够通过该系统参与在线投票，发起投票，进行投票内容管理等。投票方式支持单选和多选两种，同时，能够进行投票结果的统计，并用图形化方式显示结果。-The LAMP program is a voting system, users can participate in online voting through the system, create polls, vote on content management. Voted to support two kinds of radio and multi-select the same time, be able to vote on the results of the statistics and graphically display the results with.

说明：  对Boost升压电路进行设计与性能优化； （2）完成DC变换器环节实现光伏最大功率跟踪硬件电路设计，分析其实现最大功率跟踪控制的理论依； （3）研究实现基于DSP光伏最大功率跟踪的算法，及其控制流程图； （4）选择适合的最大功率跟踪算法，编写软件程序实现光伏电池的最大功率输出，尽可能提高光伏发电系统的效率。(In this paper, I will mainly research the maximum power tracking technology of the PV, design and improve the Boost circuit (Boost cut broken circuit). First, I measuring the electrical characteristics of photovoltaic cells , and get the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells; then based on Boost circuit of implementations, analysis the works of Photovoltaic maximum power tracking. Then, based an the DSP microcontroller TMS320F2812 , I use the method of perturbation and observation ,to do the programming based on C language.)

说明：  本程序可读取国家标准地球空间数据交换格式CNSDTF DEM数据,这种格式与美国USGS DEM数据格式相比较,有些简单,不包含椭球体,投影方式等元数据,实际上就是投影后的平面格网数据. (Read CNSDTF-DEM)
