    本次设计的数控直流电阻箱主要由恒定电流源部分、显示部分、键盘部分、电源部分组成。以STM32单片机为核心控制恒流源,恒流源电路由达林顿三极管、高精度运算放大器、采样电阻等组成。通过键盘输入给定值,经D/A转换器将数字信号转换为模拟信号,控制电流。采用电流反馈电路控制精度,经多次调试改进,实现了直流电阻箱的功能。本次设计的数控直流电阻箱较以往的电阻箱相比,其优点在于可操作性强、精度高、体积小、高效节能等优点。适用于作为直流负载的应用场合。(The numerical control DC resistance box designed mainly consists of constant current source part, display part, keyboard part and power supply part. The constant current source is controlled by STM32 single chip microcomputer. The constant current source circuit is composed of Darlington transistor, high precision operational amplifier and sampling resistor. Through the keyboard input a given value, the D/A converter converts the digital signal into analog signal to control the current. The control precision of the current feedback circuit is improved, and the function of the DC resistance box is realized through many debugging improvements. Compared with the conventional resistance box, the designed DC resistance box has the advantages of strong operability, high accuracy, small size, high efficiency and energy saving. It is suitable for application as DC load.)
