SAR强度分布拟合

多尺度加权的rentinex算法实现图像增强，里面用到了高斯滤波对图像进行滤波，可以去除大部分的噪声，平滑图像效果较突出，3个高斯尺度对图像做滤波后加权在一起得到多尺度信息的图像。(Multiscale weighted rentinex algorithm is used to enhance the image. Gauss filter is used to filter the image, which can remove most of the noise. The smoothing effect of the image is prominent. Three Gaussian scales are filtered and weighted together to get the multi-scale information of the image.)

contourlet变换工具箱，很好用的。(contourlet conversion kit, the good.)

这个是用matlab编写的读取遥感图像envi的程序(This is prepared using matlab to read the procedures for remote sensing image envi)

说明：  phog方法提取图像特征，svm支持向量机进行分类，分别有GA遗传算法和PSO粒子群优化算法进行寻优。(Phog method extracted image features, SVM support vector machine classification, respectively, GA genetic algorithm and PSO particle swarm optimization algorithm for optimization.)

视频插帧中的双向运动估计算法，注释很详细。利用双向运动估计，计算内插帧运动矢量场(Bidirectional motion estimation, is used to calculate interpolation motion vector field)

本实例用到了第三方组件ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll、itextsharp.dll。
