VB提取BMP中的半透明图片来制作实现带图标的工具条，主要是利用VB中的BitBlt API 函数来处理透明图片，最终的处理效果还算可以，若制作工具条时候，需要一些透明风格的BMP图标资源，可使用本工具打开BMP图像，提取其中的图标资源。

利用GAN网络进行手写数字识别，经过测试，可以达到很高的分类效果。很适合GAN网络初学者。(This is code for GAN.)

用vc和cj60lib做的读取shape文件的源代码.还有些小问题没做完。-with vc cj60lib and shape do read the source code. Minor problems have not done.
