    说明:  以广域相量测量系统为技术平台,建立基于模型预测控制的含规模化风电场/群互联电网的负荷频率分散预测控制模型。以典型双区域负荷频率控制模型为例,考虑不同风电渗透率情况。仿真研究结果表明,所提基于模型预测控制的负荷频率分散控制模型不但能够有效地跟踪风电输出功率的随机波动, 维持系统频率及区域间交换功率在较小的范围内变化, 并且控制效果明显优于常规 PI 型负荷频率控制器。(Based on the wide area phasor measurement system (WAPMS), a decentralized load-frequency predictive control model for large-scale wind farm/cluster interconnected power grids based on model predictive control (MPC) is established. The typical two-zone load frequency control model is taken as an example to consider the different wind power permeability. The simulation results show that the proposed decentralized load frequency control model based on model predictive control can not only effectively track the random fluctuation of wind power output, but also maintain the change of system frequency and inter-area exchange power in a small range, and the control effect is significantly better than that of conventional PI load frequency controller.)
