说明： 对文件methyl.site.txt进行处理： (1) 去掉样本NC46、TC25、TC26的数据 (2) 去掉片段MELTF-AS1_2_、SNHG16_3_的数据 (3) 去掉Type列中包含rs编号的位点(Processing the file methyl.site.txt: (1) Remove the data of NC46, TC25 and TC26 (2) Data of deleting fragments MELTF-AS1_2_ and SNHG16_3 (3) Remove the loci containing RS number in the Type column)
