说明：  fckeditor 2.3无法兼容chrome，而新版本又做了很大的修改，要升级很麻烦。可直接替换原来的fckeditor库，解决chrome兼容问题。(FCKeditor 2.3 is not compatible with chrome, and the new version has made a lot of modifications, it is difficult to upgrade.
