说明：  利用Hough变换实现半径未知的圆形物体的检测(Use Hough transform to achieve a circular radius of an unknown object detection)

实验证明，本方案对于帧间位移较为明显的单个平移运动刚体，特别是外部轮廓较为平滑的物体具有良好的分割与跟踪效果。(experiment proved that the program for the inter-frame displacement is quite obvious that the single translation rigid movement, particularly smooth external contours of objects more good segmentation and tracking results.)

斑点噪声的去除方法，主要适用sar图像，比较适合开题使用(Speckle noise removal methods, mainly for sar image, more suitable for the use of open questions)

说明：  利用全卷积神经网络，实现图像的语义分割，基于tensorflow的keras可以直接运行(Using the full convolutional neural network to achieve semantic segmentation of images, keras based on tensorflow can be run directly)

基于纹理度量的图像分割，适用于遥感图像，利用到K-mean算法(texture measurement based on the image segmentation, applicable to remote sensing images, the use of K-mean algorithm)
