说明：  matlab编写的纹理图像分割，用c-v模型进行图像分割(matlab prepared texture image segmentation, cv model using image segmentation)

批量读取某一文件夹下的所有地表潜热通量数据（.NC格式），全球数据，转换为TIFF栅格格式。遥感数据批处理。(Read surface laten heat flux data (.nc) to geotiiff format.)

kpca的算法实现源码，实现了一个数据降维方面的经典算法kpca(kpca the algorithm source code, to achieve a data dimensionality reduction classical algorithm kpca)
