修改程序图标的VB源码实例，记得以前有很多恶评软件会改变程序的图标，把图标变成自定义的模样，有的看上去很恐怖，这个例子是用VB代码 实现的，更改系统图标为指定样式，本程序用起来相对简单，只需设定需要修改的图标地址，点击“修改”按钮，即可成功修改图标样式。注：修改完成需要重启电脑后生效。
