对图像目标识别和提取，主要通过改进非线性阈值分割实现(For image target recognition and extraction, the main method is to improve the non-linear threshold segmentation.)

基于最小二乘法的相位解缠VC++算法 (least squares method based on the VC Phase Unwrapping Algorithms)

共有5个代码其中4个分别实现图像的中值滤波、均值滤波、双边滤波、Lee滤波，另一个是求图像的均值和方差。模板均不固定自己根据需要确定合适的w值。(There are five codes of which four were achieved image median filter, mean filter, bilateral filter, Lee filter, and the other is seeking an image of the mean and variance. Templates are not fixed ourselves w appropriate values as needed.)

关于图像融合的工具箱，从国外网站上找到的，很好用，可以作为对比实验时使用。包含一些需要处理的源图像。(On image fusion toolbox, from abroad to find the site, very good, and can be used as a comparative experiment. Contains a number of source images need to be addressed.)

使用奇异值分解算法的prony算法-single value decomposition based prony algo()

數據繪圖時候有時候必須處理資料矩陣轉向，該編碼詳細說明如何處理矩陣在三維度空間下進行轉向，而不是利用Curve Fitting Tools(Data drawing sometimes has to deal with the data matrix steering, which details how to handle the matrix to steer in a three-dimensional space instead of using Curve Fitting Tools)

本程序主要实现暗背景下含高斯噪声的光斑滤除噪声，实现光斑中心提取。采用了sobel算子和梯度倒数加权滤噪、最大类间方差法（Otsu）确定阈值、质心法提取光斑中心坐标。(The program is mainly realized under a dark background Gaussian noise spot containing noise filtering, to achieve spot center extraction. Using sobel operator and gradient inverse weighting filter noise, Otsu method (Otsu) to determine the threshold, the center coordinates of the spot centroid extraction.)

VC调用matlab引擎因为类别当中没有此类,所以放到了数值计算(VC calls the Matlab engine because there is no such class, so it is put into numerical calculation.)

衡量图像去噪和SAR图像降斑效果的一些指标，psnr，snr，enl(enl（Equivalent number of looks）)
