(Flexible HVDC transmission technology is more advanced than traditional HVDC transmission technology. Therefore, in addition to the advantages of traditional HVDC technology, such as active power control and reactive power control, almost unlimited transmission distance, more stable HVDC than ac transmission, asynchronous system interconnection and environmental impact reduction, flexible HVDC also has many unique advantages.)
