说明：  去除坏平均值的mrs预处理：在fid-a软件中从mrs数据阈值中去除坏平均信号，以获得更好的效果(mrs preprocessing for remove bad average : removes the bad average signal from mrs data threshhold in FID-A software for better result)

应用背景可以使用apache服务器，讲服务器做相应设置即可。此为开源代码，方便修改，代码易学易用，可以根据自己需求，做相应修改，实现文件的上传下载，并且支持跨平台关键技术使用vs开发平台，用C语言，实现ftp客户端，运行时只需在控制台输入相应参数即可，不支持断点续传，不过稍作修改即可，本人已实现！开源代码，方便自己结合自己应用修改
