自己编写的彩色图像车牌定位程序，能自动定位图像中的蓝色或黄色车牌，效果还不错(matlab source code for license plate location for color images, it works well.)

说明：  VC++功能较多的图像处理程序，实现的功能有：图像变换 图像配准 图像分割、图像编码、图像增强、图像复原、图像特征码提娶图像识别、运动检测、图像显示等，特别是源码里面的一些VC的图像处理类，你可以用到你自己的程序中。(VC ++ image processing program with more functions. The functions implemented are: image transformation, image registration, image segmentation, image encoding, image enhancement, image restoration, image feature code, image recognition, motion detection, image display, etc. Some of the VC image processing classes, you can use it in your own programs.)

该函数可接受输入图像和一个滤波函数，可处理所有的滤波细节并输出经滤波和剪切的图像。(Performs frequency domian filterlying.)

极化合成孔径雷达中，常用的精致极化lee滤波器程序，可以较好的表现出图像信息(Polarization synthetic aperture radar (SAR), commonly used delicate polarization lee program, we can better filter show image information )

说明：  联合特征选择和子空间相关性学习的跨模态检索，map优于典型相关性分析的跨模态检索(Joint Feature Selection and Subspace Learning for Cross-Modal Retrieval)

softcast的2d dct实现，先对图像转灰度图，得到的亮度信号矩阵做DCT 变换(softcast of 2d dct implementation, the first image to grayscale, luminance signal obtained by DCT transformation matrix do)

marburg.c 用Burg算法求AR模型的参数。 mar1psd.c 由AR模型参数得到功率谱。 maryuwa.c 用Levinson算法求解Yule-Walker方程以得到 阶AR模型的参数 。 (marburg.c using Burg algorithm for AR model parameters. mar1psd.c by the AR model parameters obtained power spectrum. Levinson algorithm maryuwa.c with Yule-Walker equation in order to get rank AR model parameters.)

利用LabViev设计虚拟消噪器，利用小波对信号进行分解，然后设定阈值，再对小波进行重构。(Denoising using LabViev virtual device design, the use of wavelet signal decomposition, and then set the threshold value, then the wavelet reconstructed.)

提取GIST特征的matlab实现源码，初学者实用(Extract GIST features matlab achieve source beginners practical)

otsu算法实现，可以自适应获取阈值，对图像进行二值化。里面面配有图像均衡化的程序一起使用，效果更好， (otsu algorithm adaptive obtain the threshold image binarization. Inside surface with image equalization program used together, the better)
