该系统软件分为筛查中心子系统和会诊中心子系统。筛查中心的功能主要包括：患者信息录入、载入眼底照片、录入诊断结论、打印诊断报告、上传患者信息、查询患者信息、下载诊断报告等。专家会诊子系统的功能主要包括：用户登录、筛查点维护、诊断词条维护、用户管理、医生信息维护、查询待诊患者信息、录入诊断结论和历史查询与统计等。(The system software is divided into screening center subsystem and consultation center subsystem.
