ITK的脑室图像分割,可以对脑部的图像用itk进行分割，用VTK来进行显示。(the segration of brain of ITK )

使用K-means聚类算法的改进算法K-means++对图像区域进行分割。(using the improved algorithm K-means++ segment image.)

说明：  采用考虑湍流内外尺度影响的退化模型来恢复大气湍流降质图像，运用包含了湍流内外尺度影响的波结构函数、折射率谱以及薄透镜成像的退化函数导出了新的退化模型。(A new degradation model includling the influence of outer-and inner-scale of turbulence is presented to restore atmospheric turbulence degradation images. )

采用最大方差阈值分割法，对指纹进行提取。(Using the maximum variance threshold segmentation method for fingerprint extraction.)

说明：  利用k-means算法进行图像分割，效果较好(Using k-means algorithm for image segmentation is better)
