1.用户指定两点作为区域的范围，选中区域内的所有点集                                                                ;            2.提取所有点集中最小的x值，y值；最大的x值，y值                                                                    ;            3.计算（max_x,max_y）,（min_x,min_y）形成的矩形面积s，用sqrt(s/(n-1))计算合理点间距                               ;            4.在点集中找到第一点距离在合理间距内的，且该点与起点角度最大的作为第二个边界点                                   

说明：  范围内选数，这个在核板配筋、柱底轴力的时候特别好用。(This is especially useful in the reinforcement of core plate and the axial force at the bottom of column.)
