粒子群优化最优路径算法，和模拟退火算法相似，它也是从随机解出发，通过迭代寻找最优解，它也是通过适应度来评价解的品质，但它比遗传算法规则更为简单，它没有遗传算法的“交叉”(Crossover) 和“变异”(Mutation) 操作，它通过追随当前搜索到的最优值来寻找全局最优(Similar to simulated annealing (SA), particle swarm optimization (PSO) optimizes the optimal path by iteratively searching for the optimal solution from a random solution. It also evaluates the quality of the solution by fitness, but it is simpler than the genetic algorithm rules. It does not have the crossover and Mutation operations of genetic algorithm. It finds the global optimum by following the best values currently searched.)

调用程序可对信号进行EMD分解，再进行奇异值分解降噪(The calling program can decompose the signal by EMD, then the singular value decomposition and denoising 2D empirical wavelet program. The calling subroutine can perform the empirical wavelet transform on the image.)

The digital wideband receiver is a critical component in modern digital receivers. The receiver has the capability to expose and distinguish adverse signals contained within a large bandwidth (on the order of 1 GHz or more) of the radio frequency (RF) spectrum. The spectral estimator is a highly important design element imperative to the detection of the hostile signals within the intended bandwidth in order to fulfill mission requirements. This crucial element of an FFT-based digital receiver presented several challenges in the development of this research. The task at hand was to minimize the total hardware consumption contributed to the complex arithmetic operations while maintaining a high single signal spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) and multi-tone instantaneous dynamic range (IDR).
