NewPort平移台ESP301的控制程序，根据说明书自己编写的，不当之处请指正，串口通信，附有说明书。(Cord for Newport ESP301.)

说明：  PCI1020驱动，用于阿尔泰数据采集卡驱动(PCI1020 Driver for Altai Data Acquisition Card Driver)

基于LABVIEW的虚拟频谱分析仪，可以对任意信号以及采集卡采集到的信号进行频域分析，同时还加入了时域分析，使功能更为强大。(LABVIEW-based virtual spectrum analyzer can be arbitrary signals and the signal acquisition card for frequency domain analysis, and also joined the time-domain analysis, so that more powerful.)

说明：  本项目是以 LabVIEW 为开发平台的环境监控与预警系统，实现了对温度，烟雾和电压电流等信号的实时采集、记录、存储和回放等功能程序的模块化设计，从而达到环境监控的目的。(This project is an environmental monitoring and early warning system based on LabVIEW. 串口数据采集RS232串口是工业中比较常用，也最容易接触到的一种总线协议，台式机上一般都有二个，而现在很多下位机、仪器等很多都还是使用串口通信的。通过RS232串口可以方便的实现Labview与其他测试软件、控制软件的通信。(Serial port data acquisition RS232 serial port is a kind of bus protocol which is commonly used in industry, and it is also the most easy to contact.
