说明：  这是一个用C++语言实现一个指纹识别程序，要求满足FVC国际竞赛标准，并在学校建立的指纹库上实测。程序里应用到的技术有：中值滤波、直方图均衡化、脊线方向提取、Gabor滤波、指纹细化、特征提取、特征点过滤、基于局部特征点的特征匹配(This is a C++ Language realization of a fingerprint identification procedure, the requirements FVC meet international competition standards, and established in the school library on the measured fingerprint. 说明：  图像处理，图像分割，图像变换，图像特征提取，图像增强，图像编码压缩(Image processing, image segmentation, image transformation, feature extraction)

利用非局部均值的算法对图像做去噪，速度比较快，但效果一般，存在一定局限性(Using non-local mean algorithm to denoise image is faster, but the effect is general and there are some limitations.)

说明：  将ply格式的3D物体文件导入Matlab中，并且可以把Matlab中的Patch object导出成ply格式。(Ply format to 3D objects in the file into Matlab, and Matlab can be derived in the Patch object into a format ply.)
