该程序可用于控制keithley2600数字源表测量太阳电池的IV曲线。可设置正反扫描次数，实时显示测量结果，并计算Jsc，Voc，FF，eff等电池参数。程序IVnew是总程序，除子程序外，还包括NI公司网站上提供的keithley2600程序包（必要）。(The program can be used to control keithley2600 digital source meter to measure the solar cell IV curve. Can be set to the number of positive and negative scanning, real-time display of measurement results, and calculate the cell parameters of Jsc, Voc, FF, eff. 说明：  本代码编制测距传感器的串口通讯接口VI；通过波形图表显示连续读取的测距-时间曲线，并将有效测量范围外的数据滤除。(This code compiles the serial communication interface VI of ranging sensor, displays the continuous read ranging-time curve through waveform chart, and filters out the data outside the effective measurement range.)
