基于matlab的加窗傅里叶 hanningwindow

说明：  将已知的灰度图像逆时针旋转60度，矩阵运算，图像旋转(Rotate the known grayscale image 60 degrees counterclockwise, matrix operation, image rotation)

提取图像的局部二值特征；广泛用于纹理特征提取 具有旋转不变性(Extract local two value features of images; widely used in texture feature extraction. Rotation invariance)

说明：  利用遗传算法进行的 单阈值的图像分割 程序采用matlab编写(The use of genetic algorithm the single-threshold segmentation procedure prepared using matlab)

基于FPGA开发的均值滤波程序，效率很高，非常有用(Based on FPGA development of the mean filter program)

本实例用到了第三方组件ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll、itextsharp.dll。

说明：  基于Matlab的系列图像处理和显示结果程序，采用主成分分析算法，假定载入系列图像数据后可直接运行得到结果。(Matlab based on a series of image processing and display the results of the procedure, using principal component analysis algorithm, it is assumed that loading series of image data can be directly after the operation results.)
