多尺度LBP，代码根据论文“Learning Multi-scale Block Local Binary Patterns for Face Recognition”编写的(this code is obtained from the paper named "Learning Multi-scale Block Local Binary Patterns for Face Recognition")

(Achieve peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) algorithm for judging image quality! Very useful!)

(Cuckoo search, also known as cuckoo search, is a new heuristic algorithm proposed by Professor Xin She Yang of Cambridge University and S. DEB in 2009.)

(Using gray integral projection directly on the input of face image detection, and eye location)

(Is mainly used for image enhancement matlab contrast processing, the method used is the gray-scale tensile)

(Image processing, including the pictures directly on the RGB lines, rectangles, polygons, write.)

(A pixel-level orentation field estimation algorithm and the corresponding singular point detection method.)

(Total variation image restoration techniques is a goal to save the image detail regularization recovery method. Algorithm based on total variation minimization thinking, take the alternating minimization accurate iteration strategy to simultaneously restore the image and point spread function. The experiments show that the algorithm in the case of high noise levels can still robust recovery image.)
